APPEARANCE! The walking definition of clean cut. He typically wears suits at work with sweater vests and ties, with perfectly polished shoes and not a hair out of place. His hair is black, with a little curl in the front and bright green eyes that seem to have touches of gold and silver in them. In casual clothes he likes to wear big sweaters over t-shirts and skinny jeans. The more he can burrow in his sweater the happier he is. He usually carries around a lighter and a pack of cigarettes though he only smokes casually typically when he's drunk.
PERSONALITY! A quiet, shy introvert. Blake can be hard to get to know until he learns to relax around something. He prefers to sit quietly by himself or with a close group of friends. Even among his friends he's known for keeping quiet about himself and only speaking up when he thinks it's necessary. He is deeply loyal and when it comes to strong emotions he feels them incredibly strongly. He doesn't let them rule him but he doesn't hide from them and lets himself feel when he's away from other people. He's deeply embarrassed if anyone sees him being emotional. He's also incredibly intelligent, genius levels when it comes to mathematics and engineering. Anything he decides to learn he learns quickly and retains an incredible amount of knowledge. He doesn't brag about this and is more often than not embarrassed by it.
BIOGRAPHY! Blake knows very little about his past. He was adopted as a baby by two loving women who raised him as their own son. It was only when he was around the age of ten that they told him he was adopted. Since he was already showing signs of being of above average intelligence Blake had figured it out before they told him but he was hoping for more details about his birth parents. His mothers didn't have any information though and neither did the adoption agency. That became a problem because when he was young Blake talked about seeing little people and talking with them like they were real. At first his mothers thought it was imaginary friends, typical of any child but Blake continued to see these beings as he got older and older. They tried therapy and even the drastic measure of anti-psychotics and institutionalization. After that, Blake stopped talking about the little people he could see and it's a part of his past he does not talk about. As he grew Blake continued to be advanced intellectually. While his mothers were offered the chance to put Blake a few grades ahead to let him learn harder subjects they refused because they didn't want him to be a social outcast. He read a lot outside of school anyway if he wanted to learn something and was a well known guest at the local library. With his grades and intelligence Blake had his pick of universities and but didn't go for the big names like Oxford as he didn't want to strain his mothers' finances. It was at a relatively average university he met a guest lecturer in one of his computer science classes that saw his full potential and recruited him to work for MI5. Even before he graduated Blake was developing encryptions for top secret files and breaking those of other governments. He is now one of the most elite agents in the cyber crimes and tech division. He can't talk about his work with his friends who think he works a normal job pushing papers in some research lab in London. Blake is still looking into his birth parents but it's likely he'll never find them. He doesn't know that he's the child of a changling fae and a mortal woman. He was left at a hospital after his birth and unless some fae stumbles on him it will always be hidden as the little people are. Sometimes, Blake will still see them but as he's ignored that side of his blood for years these sightings are rare.
